- Manage daily operations of the automotive service department.
- Oversee service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Drive service department sales, profitability, and efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs including labor gross, hours per repair order, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and CSI performance.
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and repair order processes.
- Handle customer concerns, escalations, and retention.

- Experience as an automotive service manager, service director, or fixed operations manager.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of service department operations and KPIs.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong leadership and management skills in automotive service department operations, including team management, service advisor oversight, technician productivity, and workflow management. Expertise in dealership operations, customer satisfaction (CSI), retention, and service sales performance. Skilled in managing key performance indicators such as labor gross profit, repair order averages, hours per repair order, and overall service department profitability. Adept at resolving customer issues, staff development, and operational efficiency within high‑volume dealership environments.
