Job Description PURPOSE AND SCOPE:The Chief Property Officer (CPO) provides executive leadership and strategic oversight of Property Services operations and construction-related activities across all LSC locations. Reporting to the Executive Vice Chancellor, Operations (EVCO), the CPO is akey EVCO Executive Leadership Cabinet member, helping to advance the college's mission and strategic priorities. This position develops a long-term strategic vision for Property Services,aligning facilities, capital investments, maintenance, real estate portfolio, and support services with institutional priorities while ensuring responsible stewardship of assets.
The CPO leads senior administrators responsible for campus operations, Project Development and Planning, Quality Assurance, and other key functions.
