Sud Daddee'z is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running a high-volume express tunnel car wash. This is the number-two role on site. You lead the floor when the GM is off, keep the tunnel moving, keep the team sharp, and help hit membership and sales goals. This is a great fit for a strong shift leader, key holder, or supervisor from car wash, retail, restaurant, service, or hospitality who is ready to step into management.

Operations:
Open and close the site. Run daily tunnel operations, monitor equipment, complete daily checklists, and keep the lot, tunnel, vacuums, and building clean and safe.

Team Leadership:
Lead shifts, train new hires, coach team members on the spot, and hold the team to Sud Daddee'z standards. Step in as site lead when the General Manager is away.

Customer Service:
Set the example for greeting every guest. Sell memberships at the pay station, resolve customer concerns on the spot, and escalated damage claims and issues to the GM.

Sales and Membership:
Drive membership sign-ups and retention. Help the site hit daily car count, membership, and ARM goals.

Cash and Admin:
Handle cash drops, deposits, and end-of-day reporting. Help with scheduling, time clock reviews, and inventory counts.

Maintenance:
Perform daily equipment checks and basic troubleshooting. Report equipment problems and chemical needs to the GM right away.

• 1+ years of shift lead, key holder, or supervisor experience (car wash, retail, restaurant, service, or hospitality)
• Ability to lead a small team and hold people accountable
• Comfortable selling to customers face to face
• Reliable, on time, and available to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to open and close the site
• Valid driver's license
• Physical: standing 8-10 hours, lifting 50 lbs regularly, working outdoors in all weather
• Car wash experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person.

Full-time. Flexible shifts (8, 10, 12-hour options). Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to open and close.
