Neighborhood Veterinary Centers is looking for a Lead Veterinarian or Partner Veterinarian for the Kemah area.

As a Lead DVM or Partner Veterinarian, you would play a major role in leading the hospital forward.

This includes:

• Leading and developing the veterinary team
• Helping shape and protect hospital culture
• Setting the standard for medical quality and client care
• Mentoring doctors and support staff
• Partnering with leadership to strengthen operations, team performance, and long-term growth
• Serving the community well by helping build a hospital that clients trust and teams are proud to be part of
• Having the autonomy to lead, make decisions, and build something your way

This role is for someone who wants to take ownership, lead from the front, and make a real impact.
