** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
* Perform routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks.
* Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Document maintenance activities accurately and communicate equipment status to supervisors.
* Support a safe work culture by following all safety procedures and identifying equipment issues proactively.
** What We Are Looking For
*** Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mobile equipment effectively.
* Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, diagrams, and technical information.
* Commitment to safety practices, attention to detail, and consistent quality workmanship.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast‑paced environment.
* Ability to work in outdoor and shop environments and adapt to changing operational needs.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
