What Will You Do?

• Spray paint medium to large parts under a manufacturing/production setting
• Work closely with sand and patch area, mold leads and coordinators
• Report equipment malfunction and other issues affecting department
• Mix and spray different types of paints following deadlines and objectives
• Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from mold stations
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures regarding the paint-booth and safety
• Work involves frequent lifting and working with fiberglass in a manufacturing setting
• Comply with all CHART policies and procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping and organization throughout the department
• Ensure all products have proper identification
• Performs other tasks as assigned

• Walking, standing, use of hands, bending, lifting, sitting, etc.
• Indoor working conditions
• Lifting of materials and products up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• PPE must be worn at all times
• Able to work overtime as required

High School Education or Equivalent

• 6-month manufacturing setting, fast-paced environment or construction experience
• Prior experience with Bondo filler and fiberglass
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery
• Detail oriented and organized
• Team-work oriented skills
• Safety oriented skills
• Basic written and verbal skills
