Description
Viking Aggregates is hiring a Plant Foreman to lead daily plant operations, supervise crews, and ensure safe, efficient aggregate production. This is a hands‑on leadership role working closely with operators and management to meet production and safety goals.
What You’ll Do:- Supervise plant operators and laborers
- Monitor production, material flow, and product quality
- Meet daily production targets and customer needs
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Conduct inspections and ensure MSHA compliance
- Train employees on safe work practices
- Complete production reports and inspections
- Experience in aggregates, mining, dredging, or heavy industry preferred
- Prior supervisory or lead experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of plant operations and heavy equipment
- Safety-focused mindset
