Additive Loader​/Unloader - Blender Trainee

To become familiar with and follow ZXP policies and procedures such as ZXPs “T hree C’s ” practices, Tank tagging procedures, Tank and Line layouts, etc.

To acquire the mandatory knowledge outlined in the content of the Blender Trainee Binder and to successfully pass the Blender Exam .

Works with and assists Blenders as needed; s uch as tank truck unloading, sampling, tank strapping, housekeeping activities, etc .

Transfers product between tanks and into tanks from rail cars and trucks .

Unloads and loads oil products from trucks, barges and rail cars .

Straps tanks and updates strap reports .

Utilizes all material handling equipment safel y and efficiently, perform s all required safety checks and communicates need for repairs or maintenance .

Turns valves to admit measured quantities of liquid form tank container into other tank containers .

Records measurements and calculates total and incremental tank capacities to prepare gauging tables .

Measures product in tank s using liquid calibration methods .

Uses basic math for M easurement, Tracking, and Reporting –

Completes blend reports and other records .

Ensures ISO related tasks and associated paperwork are complete .
