- Manage business productivity process implementation and ongoing evolution across the manufacturing network
- Partner with Site FP&A teams to standardize financial measures and ensure consistent application of metrics
- Drive automation of performance metrics to enable scalable, timely insights
- Establish performance measurement systems that translate business performance into financial insights
- Doctorate degree and 3 years of manufacturing or operations experience OR
- Master’s degree and 5 years of manufacturing or operations experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of manufacturing or operations experience OR
- Associate’s degree and 12 years of manufacturing or operations experience OR
- High school diploma / GED and 14 years of manufacturing or operations experience
- Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally to identify technology‑driven cost‑of‑sales improvement opportunities
- Experience with capital finance rules and policy
- Demonstrated ability to lead network‑wide, cross‑functional initiatives
- Experience integrating financial and operational data across ERP and analytics platforms
- Experience driving automation and standardization of performance metrics in a manufacturing environment
