About the Position:
Rowe Casa is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Specialist to join our overnight kitchen production team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) manufacturing facility and possess a strong understanding of food safety protocols and procedures. The Kitchen Specialist will work closely with the production team to ensure the highest quality standards are met in the manufacturing process.
This position is a full-time position and will include a shift differential. Scheduled hours are Monday - Friday 10:30pm-7:00am. This position is located in New Boston, TX and will report directly to the overnight Kitchen Supervisor.

Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, cookers, and packaging machinery.
Skills:

- Understanding of a commercial kitchen environment

- Good attitude and a team player
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in culinary arts or food science is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a GMP-compliant manufacturing facility, preferably in food or beverage production.
- Strong understanding of food safety principles and practices, including HACCP and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, recipes, and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate production issues or concerns.
