How you will contribute:
As a VP of Operations, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our rapidly growing company. Your influence and impact will span all aspects of manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations, ensuring we meet the increasing demand for our innovative products. Whatyou will be working on:
- Drive operational excellence:
Develop and institutionalize operating processes to enable consistent and reliable execution of the manufacturing operation. - Scale production:
Work with top leaders to scale manufacturing capabilities to 5× output in 2026 and faster growth in 2027, potentially adding a second site. - Data‑driven decisions:
Implement metrics and KPIs, using analytics to identify opportunities, remove bottlenecks, and improve processes. - Lead continuous improvement:
Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives for process optimization, cost reduction, or new technology. - Develop the team:
Build, lead, and mentor a world‑class operations team, setting tactical and cultural tone at scale.
- Proven leadership with hands‑on manufacturing and supply chain experience.
- Experience scaling operations in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments, ideally in food, biotech, or complex industry.
- Deep analytical skills and using data to inform decisions.
- Hands‑on mindset with strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Understanding of building a scalable, resilient manufacturing operation.
- Track record of leading and motivating high‑performance teams.
