Bulk Loader

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bulk Loader to join our team in Highlands, TX. The Bulk Loader will be responsible for efficiently loading bulk materials into trucks, containers, or storage areas while ensuring safety and accuracy throughout the process.

• Load bulk materials, or other commodities into trucks, railcars, or storage facilities.
• Operate loading equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials and equipment to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of loaded materials and quantities.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of loading equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in bulk loading or material handling is a plus.
• Ability to operate loading machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical labor.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and procedures.

This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and may require lifting heavy materials. Safety gear and training will be provided.
