JBS Foods - - Responsibilities:
Prioritize and organize the make sheet with the cattle available to fill product orders;
Direct the Chain Feed Person to put the correct grade cattle on the chain and in the right amount;
Document all floor downtime by time lost, when, and reason;
Keep track of all product changes and notify affected supervisors of each product change;
Keep track and record all grade and program cattle changes
