Manufacturing - CNC Machine

$14.50 Per Hour ($11.50 Base + $3 Commission)

• Operating, Cleaning & Maintaining CNC Machines
• Overseeing Order Flow & Priority
• Working with PVC Products

Prior experience is helpful, but not necessary. All Team Members should be eager to work hard, change, grow and elevate with integrity.

• Base Wage – $14.50 Per Hour ($11.50 Base + $3 Commission)
• Quarterly Bonus – Earn up to 5% ($0.70 per hour) each quarter for excellent and consistent performance across Lead Time, Productivity, and Quality Scores
• Commission – Based on Attendance, Productivity, Lead Time, Order Quality
• Tenure Raises – $0.25 Increase every 3 months for Initial 2 years, and every 4 months for Years 3 and 4

• PTO – Up to a total of 15 days paid time off per year through a combination of up to 5 paid holiday days and between 2-10 scheduled PTO
