What You'll Be Doing
* Safely operate a loader to move, load, and organize aggregate materials.
* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
* Support yard flow by efficiently loading customer and company trucks.
* Monitor material inventory and communicate needs to leadership.
* Follow all safety procedures to maintain a hazard‑free work area.

* Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
* Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
* Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
* Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.
* Consistent reliability and teamwork mindset on night shift operations.
Conditions of Employment
* Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
* Successful candidate must provide documentation verifying eligibility to work in the United States.
Work Environment
* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
