General Laborer; Prodcution

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our production team in Highlands, TX. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on the production floor to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Assist with the assembly, packaging, and processing of products.
• Operate and maintain production equipment as needed.
• Load and unload materials and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Support other team members with various production-related tasks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to production schedules.

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow them.
