What you will do:

* Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming materials in accordance with established quality procedures

* Maintain controlled MRB/quarantine areas to prevent unintended use of defective components

* Accurately document nonconforming material data in ERP/QMS systems (e.g., SAP)

* Ensure full traceability of parts, including serial number and lot tracking

* Coordinate with engineering and production teams to support MRB evaluations

* Execute MRB dispositions (scrap, rework, repair, use-as-is)

* Maintain audit-ready work areas

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

What you will have:

* High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred

* Experience in manufacturing or quality control preferred

* Familiarity with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001

* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP

What will set you apart:

* Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

* Prior MRB experience

* Knowledge of turbine components

* Exposure to Lean Manufacturing

Summary Pay Range:

$58,556.00 - $87,834.00
