• Monitor and maintain oil and gas production facilities
• Perform daily well checks and production rounds
• Operate and troubleshoot gas lift systems
• Monitor and maintain ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) systems
• Inspect separators, treaters, tanks, compressors, and production equipment
• Record production data and maintain accurate field reports
• Identify and respond to production issues and equipment failures
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed
• Ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Communicate effectively with production foremen, field supervisors, and support personnel

• Minimum 5 years of Lease Operator or Production Operator experience
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas production operations
• Experience with gas lift systems required
• Experience with ESP systems required
• Ability to troubleshoot production and equipment issues independently
• Experience with production reporting and field documentation
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship

Crosby Energy Services is seeking an experienced Lease Operator for operations in the Pecos / Fort Stockton area. The ideal candidate will have a strong production background and be experienced in the daily operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of oil and gas production equipment.

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently, maintain safe operations, and effectively manage assigned production routes and facilities.
