Manufacturing
Responsibilities- Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming materials in accordance with established quality procedures
- Maintain controlled MRB/quarantine areas to prevent unintended use of defective components
- Accurately document nonconforming material data in ERP/QMS systems (e.g., SAP)
- Ensure full traceability of parts, including serial number and lot tracking
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to support MRB evaluations
- Execute MRB dispositions (scrap, rework, repair, use-as-is)
- Maintain audit-ready work areas
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or quality control preferred
- Familiarity with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Prior MRB experience
- Knowledge of turbine components
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing
$58,556.00 - $87,834.00
