Operator I – Seagraves, TX
We have immediate openings! Golden Peanut in Seagraves TX is seeking a reliable operator that wants to build a lasting career. This is a full-time, hourly W2 position.
Schedule:
8 hour rotating swing shift – we rotate three shifts including nights (you will work days, nights, some weekends and holidays and will receive a schedule ahead of time so that you can plan around your shift).
Pay: $16.00 hourly with an additional $1.50 shift differential for nights.

- Continuously monitor and adjust equipment for optimal performance and quality
- Conduct job tasks with a positive, safe attitude and maintain a safe work record
- Maintain a good attendance record
- Work rotating shifts of various lengths, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain good communication with all plant personnel—including other shifts, departments and managers
- Maintain production rates
- Understand and perform assigned job tasks independently while being flexible in team settings
- Maintain good housekeeping and complete sanitation duties and paperwork as required
- Conduct daily inspections, reporting any problems noted
- Review quality control documents and make necessary adjustments
- Perform maintenance and sanitation on machines as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A positive attitude and team mindset
- Previous experience in a factory setting (1+ years)
- A desire to learn various operations and grow with the company
- Commitment to safety – responsible for following all company safety procedures and PPE use
- Effective communication in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work rotating shifts that include days, nights, some weekends and holidays
- Excellent attendance (on time, working when scheduled, staying until shift ends)
- Observant and able to address concerns that may arise
- Experience operating a forklift is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to work above ground level on grated flooring and climb stairs/ladders
* The site requires ankle‑supporting height (no tennis shoes) steel toe boots.
