Lippert is excited to announce we will be relocating our Shiner, TX and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX! This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026.

Starting pay $28.00/hr plus $1.00/hr shift differential.

Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00pm - 4:30am.

Maintenance Technician.

Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of operations/production equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Safely perform maintenance tasks using basic hand tools and basic power tools.
  • Experience with machine shop equipment preferred.
  • Ability to weld or experience with metal fabrication preferred.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with production welders, torches, saws, and metal finishing equipment in a timely manner; experience with sand blast, powder coat, oven, or conveyor systems preferred.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and install production hoists in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with overhead roll doors throughout the facility.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and resolve issues with other operations/production equipment; experience with sand blast, powder coat, oven, or conveyor systems preferred.
  • Safely and proficiently operate fork trucks and aerial lifts; experience with rigging preferred.
  • Safely and proficiently perform maintenance electrical tasks, including troubleshooting and moving of circuits; experience using a multi‑meter or other electrical testing equipment preferred.
  • Safely and proficiently perform maintenance mechanical tasks, including troubleshooting and rebuild; experience rebuilding/maintaining weld feeders, plasma torches, and saws preferred.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices and implement/sustain 5s standards.
  • Demonstrate basic computer, reading/writing, communication skills, and the ability to read/interpret manuals and technical drawings.
  • Highly motivated, organized, self‑starter, able to execute work from daily schedule; experience with performing preventative maintenance tasks to set standards preferred.
Required

Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience/Education in machine operation and repair.
  • Welding competency and knowledge of welding systems.
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires 98% standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. The employee may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Travel

Travel to secure necessary parts or tooling.
