Maintenance Generalist​/2nd shift Cut up​/Debone​/Center Tx

Pay and Shift

Pay: $21.60 per hour with a $1.00 shift increase for 2nd Shift.

• Set up, adjust, and break down production line machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance routines as scheduled by Supervisor.
• Use Tyson SAP software to create work orders, fill out daily documentation, confirm time, and create equipment history.
• Read and write documents where required, communicate with management and co‑workers, and process necessary paperwork.
• Use math as needed to make work‑related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc.

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and other maintenance‑related areas.
• 6 months continuous work history with a prior employer.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 70 lbs, climb stairs and ladders daily, work in cold environments ranging from ‑10 to 80 degrees, wet conditions, slippery floors, concrete floors, and loud noise levels requiring hearing protection.
• Must be willing to work on feet for a period of 8 to 12 hours and complete all required training.
• Rehire Eligibility: prior employee waiting period of 181 days; no more than three prior work periods at Tyson.
