Rework Operator (Soldering)

Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 Hourly (DOE)

Schedule: Shifts are 12 hours and rotating days with day rate differential.

Location: Wilmer, TX 75172

Job Overview: The Rework Operator is responsible for executing daily rework of modules while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role involves precision soldering of components, equipment upkeep, and ensuring all finished products meet company standards.

• Perform soldering and rework of cell strings and modules
• Use test equipment to verify workstation and soldering iron temperatures
• Verify quality of soldering through imaging and electrical testing
• Assemble fine hand circuits with accuracy
• Maintain soldering and workstation equipment
• Follow 5S standards and communicate production updates to incoming shift
• Read labels to verify cell grade, manufacturer, and color series
• Work safely, efficiently, and support production goals
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year soldering experience (preferred)
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and instructions
• Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team
