Job Title and Shift
Assembler 1 Sentry Shell Wrangler – Shift: 9:30pm–5:30am, Monday‑Friday, overtime as needed.
Responsibilities- Arrange and assemble raw materials, partially finished or finished products according to specifications.
- Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
- Pack finished products manually or via simple machines, ensuring each pack meets specifications and is in good condition.
- Conduct brief transitory inspections of finished products.
- Perform routine entry‑level assembly of basic components, maintaining required quality standards.
- Assist engineering personnel by assembling and modifying prototype units.
- Monitor and verify quality, completing batch records and related documentation.
- Perform clean‑down of production equipment and work areas as required.
- Complete other related tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 year(s) of relevant experience (entry level).
- Comply with all safety rules and participate in safety training.
- Actively engage in the safety process and ask questions when uncertain.
- Report all accidents and injuries immediately.
- Submit suggestions to improve safety.
- Know emergency procedures for fire, chemical spills, tornadoes, etc.
- Coach others who act unsafely.
- Maintain lock‑out tags after 6 months of employment.
- Participate in hazardous and non‑hazardous waste trainings.
- Recognize chemical hazardous labels and spill management procedures.
- Know air shut‑off locations and follow satellite accumulation rules.
Hourly rate: $21.36 – $26.21, based on education, experience, and market data.
