We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a growing industrial environment. This position is responsible for the safety, quality, productivity, and performance of a production line while leading teams of 15-50 employees.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Supervise, coach, and develop production employees
- Manage teams ranging from 15-50 employees
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Conduct employee training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to solve problems and make sound operational decisions
- Engineering degree or related technical education
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Continuous Improvement experience
- Experience leading teams of 15+ employees
- Primary opening is Day Shift
- Occasional Saturday work based on production needs
