** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Assist in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and machinery.

+ Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance.

+ Support senior mechanics in equipment installations and upgrades.

+ Participate in safety training and follow all safety protocols.

+ Document maintenance activities and report equipment performance issues.

* + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.

+ Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

+ Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions.
