Rwdy-Inc is looking for a Lease Operator II in Big Lake, TX, to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of oil and gas production facilities. In this hands-on role, you will handle equipment monitoring and troubleshooting while working independently to meet production targets.
The ideal candidate will have previous oil and gas operations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work rotating schedules. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with the physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and respond to operational call-outs.
