Senior Specialist, Production Planning

Entegris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Production Planner to join our Materials Management team at our Burnet, TX facility. In this role, you will play a critical part in aligning production plans with customer demand, ensuring on-time delivery, and driving operational efficiency across the supply chain. This position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) and the option to work out of our Round Rock, TX office one day a week, if preferred.

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules based on customer demand, forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor production performance and proactively adjust schedules to address delays, shortages, and shifting priorities.
• Analyze production and planning data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Partner cross‑functionally with manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to ensure alignment on production and delivery goals.
• Maintain accurate planning data, schedules, and key performance metrics within ERP systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding schedule changes, risks, and priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑mix manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory management best practices.

• Experience with SAP (PP/MM modules strongly preferred).
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP).
