As a Welders & Fitters, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and fabrication processes. What's the Job?

• Operate semi-automatic and fully automatic welding equipment with precision and safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Weld in various positions including flat, vertical, and horizontal, adhering to established procedures.
• Inspect welded surfaces to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of manufacturing welding experience.
• Proficiency in welding processes such as SMAW, GMAW, SAW, and FCAW; GTAW qualification preferred.
• Ability to operate welding-related equipment including positioners, jig fixtures, and cutting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety standards.
