Welder – Trailer Manufacturing

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Welders to join our team. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, fit, and weld to specification. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and flux‑core welding on trailer components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Fit and weld components to tight specifications.
• Work closely with the production team to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of welding experience (trailer, heavy equipment, or structural welding preferred).
• Ability to read and follow blueprints.
• Strong fitting and welding skills.
• Must pass a weld test on‑site as part of the interview process.
• Bring a copy of any weld certifications you currently hold.
