As Production Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for operational performance excellence of your shift. You ensure policies & procedures are upheld in our safety-first & quality-oriented culture.

You Will:
- Oversee all facets of production line to consistently meet productivity, quality, compliance and safety objectives.
- Supervise team member daily activities. Coordinate work assignments & training, along with providing guidance to solve problems and resolve issues.
- Assure people, parts & processes are effectively functioning. This includes quality control checks, machine & equipment maintenance, compliance with policies & procedures, and team member performance.
- Facilitate scheduled work orders, including required materials to fulfill work, ensuring customer requirements are met
- Collaborate within & across the operation to drive continuous improvement
You Have:
- Ability to work a rotating shift from 6:45am - 7:15pm
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing production experience, with a preference for plastic manufacturing
- Minimum of six (6) months of people leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation
- Process-oriented, with a sound knowledge of SPC & Quality procedures
- Knowledge of GMP & Lean manufacturing principles
- Interpersonal & communication skills to effectively relate with & motivate people
- Experience using computer programs, such as SAP
