** What You'll Be Doing
*** Oversee daily quarry operations and ensure safety compliance.
* Coordinate with teams to optimize production efficiency.
* Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance.
* Train and mentor quarry staff on best practices.
* Monitor and report on production metrics and progress.

* Proficiency in operating and maintaining quarry equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** Physical Demands
*** Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.
* Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
* Manual dexterity and visual acuity for operating equipment.
