Location: Mineola, TX

Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:30am (includes a $1 per hour shift differential)

• Work in sync with the Press Operator for job run and shift efficiencies.
• Collect, verify, and load materials for each print run ensuring customer specifications are met.
• Assist with unloading and labeling of finished goods and component materials.
• Maintain accuracy of assigned materials and produced goods in the ERP system using the mobile device.
• Assist with the print run change‑over process safely and efficiently.
• Identify and mark non‑conforming material or product.
• Minimize waste throughout the production process.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conduct housekeeping of machine and area each shift according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work collaboratively with production and operations teams to achieve efficiency and quality.
• Follow all safety precautions and ensure safety equipment is being used properly.
• Comply with company safety policies and maintain clean and orderly work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures, including timely and accurate documentation of required SQF forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED.
