Job Title

What Will Be Your Missions?

You will be involved in:

  • Performing impact analyses of evolutions on the test repository;
  • Writing test procedures/scenarios to be executed;
  • Executing and analyzing tests on the platform;
  • Writing test reports and analysis matrix of coverage;
  • Writing project verification reports;
  • Producing the elements of your perimeter necessary for the realization of project reporting following the defined indicators;
  • Being a force of proposal and contributing to continuous improvement (REX, process improvements, etc.).
What Technical Environment
  • Methods & Tools: test benches, Python, Wireshark, DOORS;
  • Standards & References: ARP
    4754 or EN50128 depending on the sector;
  • Development Cycle: V cycle, continuous integration, formal validation for critical milestones.

  • Team:
    Integrated into our client's teams, you remain fully connected to the SOLENT community through our internal events, team meetings, but also through communities (e.g., climbing club or board games society).
  • Management:
    The SOLENT method, a technical management of proximity (with regular individual follow-up points and weekly team meetings), a structured onboarding, and permanent access to our experts to accelerate your skills development. Follow-up meetings with your manager and the client are organized at least once a semester.
You Are...
  • Graduated from a top-tier engineering school or an equivalent university degree in embedded systems and/or complex systems, with first concrete experience acquired during an internship or apprenticeship, and you wish to continue to progress in this field today.
  • Proactive and a force of proposal, capable of anticipating needs and proposing solutions before they become problems.
  • Able to work in English, whether to read technical documents, write reports, or exchange with international counterparts.
  • Motivated by technical challenges, you like to understand systems in depth and progress in stimulating projects.
  • With a good team spirit, with a critical sense, a sense of service, clear communication, and a synthesis spirit, you know how to collaborate effectively while bringing your point of view.
  • Eager to develop your technical skills and evolve in varied environments, in order to progressively build your professional journey.

Recruitment Process

Our process is designed to allow you to discover us as much as we discover you. It takes place in 3 steps:

1⃣ Qualification call — 15 min with a recruiter

2⃣ Technical interview & background — 1h A meeting with an engineer and a recruiter to deepen your background, your technical experiences, and to present our projects in detail.

3⃣ Final interview — career & SOLENT project An exchange with your future manager and the recruitment manager to discuss your internal trajectory, your ambitions, and the long-term vision at SOLENT.
