The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. This role leads production teams, coordinates workflow, and drives continuous improvement on the floor.

• Plan and oversee production schedules to meet output goals.
• Lead, train, and develop production employees.
• Monitor processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulations.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Resolve production issues and drive root cause improvements.
• Track KPIs and maintain accurate production reporting.
• Support performance reviews and employee development.

• High school diploma or GED required (technical degree preferred).
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing (5S, Kaizen) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Full-time, Monday–Friday.
• Combination of office and manufacturing floor.
• Occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
• Up to 10% travel.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment.
