Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly

Job Shift: Day

• Assemble, load, and inspect CADs, impulse cartridges, and squibs in accordance with approved work instructions.
• Handle energetic materials used for aircraft safety and emergency actuation systems.
• Perform precision assembly operations including component insertion, crimping, staking, sealing, and torque verification.
• Maintain detailed production, inspection, and traceability documentation.
• Support scrap, rework, and safe disposition of energetic hardware.
• Follow EDS, FOD, and explosives safety controls.
• Perform final assembly of units.
• Complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment.

• Ability to read and understand complex drawings and assembly instructions.
• Ability to use common hand tools to assemble electromechanical assemblies.
• Ability to lift and move boxes.
• Must be able to use microscopes, screwdrivers, torque tools, and other common hand tools.
• Experience with soldering irons is highly desired.
• Applicant must be a "US Person" as defined by ITAR (22
