Night Shift Operators receive a $1.00 Shift Differential AND a $1,000 Retention Bonus paid out over a 6‑month period.

Shift

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Friday Overtime (as needed): 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Days and hours are subject to change based on production demands.

• Operate injection, compression, and alternate presses, as well as hoists, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Ensure all products meet specifications and production requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, following all PPE and safety standards.
• Transport materials, perform measurements, and support preventative maintenance efforts.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and support audits.

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience may substitute).
• 0–3 years of relevant manufacturing or press operator experience.
• Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, squatting, etc.).
• Basic communication, math, and computer skills.
• Willingness to become forklift certified.

This is a full‑time position. Normal hours are Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM. Occasional extended hours and Friday work may be required as job duties demand.
