As an Manufacturing Specialist
- Material Plan & Execution you will be responsible for managing master planning, material processes, and systems. You will prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs, ensuring operational alignment with production plans and KPIs. You will also optimize inventory and drive process improvements across the unit.

As an Manufacturing Specialist
- Material Plan & Execution, you will be responsible for:

• Managing master planning, material processes, and systems to support production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Ensuring operational alignment with production plans and KPIs.
• Optimizing inventory levels and implementing process improvements.
• Exchanging data and information to address interaction concerns and drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
• Handling standardized manufacturing processes and implementing updated procedures from other functions.
• Leading a small manufacturing unit or part of a larger unit with a budget exceeding $1.5 million.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
• Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Be capable of leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Show effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Possess proven analytical and organizational ability.
