Night Shift Dredge Operator

• Operate dredging equipment to safely and efficiently extract raw materials in accordance with production goals.
• Monitor dredge systems and controls to maintain optimal performance and material quality.
• Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues to support reliable operations.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with plant and site personnel to ensure efficient material flow and site productivity.

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate and monitor dredging, mining, or heavy equipment systems.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and communicate equipment performance concerns.
• Ability to work independently, make sound operational decisions, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to support site operations and production objectives.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• Successful candidate must meet all applicable licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements for the position.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Capable of working on and around dredging equipment, including accessing elevated platforms and confined work areas when required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, tools, and equipment consistent with operational needs.
• Must be able to work near water and maintain awareness of surrounding equipment and environmental conditions.
• Ability to perform duties safely while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Starting Pay $26.00 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
