Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? UTEX is seeking a Preform Machine Operator to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to be part of a team that values precision and efficiency.

As a Preform Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operate equipment to process rubber and related materials
• Use tools like calipers, scales, and rulers to measure and verify product specifications
• Keep your work area safe and clean while following PPE and safety protocols
• Operate mechanical equipment (overhead hoist, pallet jack, hydraulic lift table)
• Accurately input production data into the MRP system
• Transport materials and maintain proper product labeling and traceability
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Support quality assurance efforts and maintenance procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to use measuring tools and basic computer programs
• Basic math, computer, and communication skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneeling
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols
• Preferred:
  Forklift experience

You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
