Doist is expanding its manufacturing with a VP of Manufacturing to build a hybrid operation, combining internal production with contract manufacturing partners. You will shape production, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, and quality, reporting to the President and influencing senior leadership.
You will decide which products are built in‑house versus outsourced, own costs and margins, and recruit teams across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality as the function matures.
