Job Overview

We are seeking a residential painting professional with at least 4 years of experience on construction sites or in modular manufacturing facilities to join our Cuero, TX factory. The role involves preparing, painting, and finishing interior and exterior surfaces in a manufacturing environment.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with plant and safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prep, fill, sand, and paint work areas using spray guns, rollers, and brushes to achieve a level‑4 smooth finish.
• Paint all trim and ensure the highest finish quality.
• Clean and maintain all equipment and tools.
• Work in a safe manner and complete other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4‑year relevant work experience in residential painting.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Adherence to all safety practices.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• Excellent manual dexterity and coordination.
• Willingness to work overtime as scheduled.

• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
• Frequent lifting or moving items over 75 lbs.
• Requires close, distance, color, peripheral, depth vision and ability to adjust focus.
