Hilmar Cheese Company is seeking a team member to operate and maintain assigned equipment on a 12-hour shift, including weekends and overtime as needed. You will learn and follow CIP/COP procedures, ensure food safety, and participate in training to support production and quality goals.
Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, identifying issues, performing in-process sampling, and communicating with leadership about safety or process improvements.
