Truvant is actively hiring for our rapidly expanding facility in Haslet, Texas. We operate 24/7 in support of the LEGO Group, offering positions across four crews with day and night shifts.

• Earn an additional $1.50/hour for weekend night shifts (Thursday midnight to 6:00 PM, Thursday–Saturday 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM) – 41 hours a week.

To inspect, package, and palletize products to Truvant and customer specifications.

• Complete all required paperwork that applies to specific areas and products.
• Palletize products appropriately.
• Identify defective products.
• Operate a pallet jack, pallet wrapper, and other required equipment.
• Understand the production schedule.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.

• Knowledge gained through on-the-job training of company products, policies, and procedures.
• Close attention to detail.
• Effective communication with co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Team player skills.
• Ability to operate various equipment as needed to perform the job.
• Confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Adherence to all regulatory and company policies, procedures, work instructions including but not limited to:
  Truvant policies, customer‑specific policies, GMPs, regulatory (USDA), food safety and food defense.

• Read documents, printouts, computer screens and other communications.
• Hear well enough to communicate with co-workers.
