Packaging & Shipping Associate Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging & Shipping Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing machinery and equipment for shipment, ensuring all components are accounted for, properly packaged, and loaded safely onto trucks. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, works efficiently, and understands the importance of delivering products to customers in excellent condition.
Responsibilities Package machines and equipment for shipment according to company standards.
Verify that all parts, components, and accessories are included prior to packaging.
Inspect packages to ensure products are protected and secure for transport.
Build and assemble shipping pallets as needed.
Load packaged equipment onto trucks safely and efficiently.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Communicate any missing parts, packaging issues, or shipping concerns to management.
Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to verify accuracy of shipments.
Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials safely.
Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Basic carpentry skills or experience building pallets is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
High School Diploama
