Pilgrim in Texas is seeking a dedicated operator to run the K‑Pak machines, direct the shift, and ensure packaging integrity, no leaks, and accurate weights. You will coordinate the workflow and participate in monthly group meetings.
Responsibilities include completing pre‑operational HACCP paperwork, assembling the machine at start of shift, maintaining product temperature for packaging, and producing the correct box counts for outgoing loads.
