Job Summary

To clean all auto door parts in accordance with DCU standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Duties/Responsibilities

To load & unload power washers & tumblers with dirty parts.
To hand wash certain critical parts as needed.
To load & unload vibratory system to polish certain parts as trained.
To teardown & clean power washers & tumblers as scheduled by supervisor.
To clean washroom floors & walls when needed.
To power off washroom equipment when shift is over to ensure heating elements from burning out.
To properly dispose of grease & sludge properly.
To rinse & dry washed products properly to prevent rusting or spotting of cleaned parts.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced & at times stressful environment.
Basic knowledge of working with hand tools & handheld power tools.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

Be able to stand for entire shift
Be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
Be able to work in hot climates during the summer months.
