Alamo Structural Steel, LLC is seeking an experienced Shop Superintendent to lead a North Waco fabrication facility with ~85+ employees. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while developing frontline supervisors.
You will oversee manpower planning, training, and execution of production priorities, leveraging Tekla Power Fab and Power Fab systems to improve visibility and accountability across the shop floor.
