CNC Plasma​/Saw Machine Operator - 2nd Shift - Spur Industrial

The Machine Operator/Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing of miscellaneous metal goods utilizing multiple pieces of equipment, and for operating various roll forming and CNC fabrication equipment.

Core Expectations:

• Exceed customer expectations by ensuring all quality standards are met in accuracy, quality and timeliness.
• Operate roll forming and CNC fabrication equipment safely and expeditiously, such as plasma table, tube plasma, and auto saws.
• After certification, operate a forklift to load, unload and relocate materials and goods.
• Ensure a clean work environment by preventing clutter and debris through implementation of 6S.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and other team members.
• Continuously work to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to meet company and customer needs.
• Ensure that delivery tickets/packing lists are properly noted and turned in.
• Assist maintenance of roll forming and break forming equipment.
• Promote a safe working environment, create and enforce a safety culture, and ensure compliance with plant and company safety procedures and policies.
• Possess excellent listening and communication skills.
