Help deliver the controls infrastructure that enables safe, reliable high-performance computing the Construction Electrical Supervisor - Controls
, you will lead field supervision and integration of PLC control systems, fire alarm, and SCADA across an air-cooled HPC data center campus. You will review design documentation, coordinate interfaces among electrical, mechanical, life-safety, controls, network, commissioning, and operations teams, and direct specialty contractors through installation, programming support, testing, and turnover. Your leadership will ensure that controls and monitoring systems function as designed and support safe, resilient, and maintainable facility operations.

- Journeyman Electric an License.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent electrical or controls field experience will be considered. - Minimum of 5 years of electrical or controls construction experience, including field supervision of complex automation and life-safety scopes, preferably in mission-critical, industrial, or data center environments.
- Strong working knowledge of PLC and SCADA architectures, control panels, instrumentation, input/output systems, field devices, controls networks, and fire alarm interfaces.
- Ability to review electrical one-lines, control schematics, wiring diagrams, risers, panel schedules, control narratives, sequences of operation, cause-and-effect matrices, I/O and points lists, network diagrams, submittals, and shop drawings.
- Experience coordinating industrial communications and controls networks using common protocols such as Modbus TCP/RTU, BACnet/IP, Ether Net/IP, OPC UA, or comparable open and vendor-specific protocols.
- Knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70, NFPA 72, OSHA requirements, fire stopping, grounding and bonding, applicable local codes, and manufacturer requirements for fire alarm and control-system installation.
- Experience planning and witnessing factory and site acceptance testing, loop checks, point-to-point verification, device calibration, functional performance testing, and integrated systems testing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple contractors and manage manpower, schedules, material deliveries, RFIs, change orders, quality, testing, deficiencies, and turnover commitments.
- Prior experience delivering controls and life-safety systems for hyperscale, AI, or HPC data centers, particularly air-cooled facilities and work adjacent to live mission-critical systems.
- Experience integrating switch gear, generators, ATS equipment, UPS systems, power monitoring, air-handling and cooling equipment, fire alarm, BMS/EPMS, PLC controls, and SCADA platforms.
- Familiarity with major PLC, fire alarm, and SCADA vendors; redundant controls networks; time synchronization; historian and alarm management; software backups; and cybersecurity coordination.
- NICET Fire Alarm Systems, ISA CCST, PMP, OSHA 30, electrical license, or comparable controls, fire alarm, construction, or safety certification.
- Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies.
